Kelly Owens is an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team and is certified as a coach, speaker and trainer. Additionally, she is a certified DISC consultant helping teams and businesses with understanding their personality and communication styles to promote enhanced performance as a team and in sales.
As the owner of Revealed Potential Coaching and Consulting, LLC, Kelly’s focus is on helping each person reveal the unlocked potential deep within and in helping organizations create a pathway for leadership development for their team members. She is able to help leaders understand the members of their teams better through a variety of tools and assessments she can provide.
Using her Master’s degree in management with a concentration in nonprofit leadership, along with personal experience, Kelly enjoys helping startup and small nonprofits develop and increase their capacity to carry out their mission. Previously, she was a director for a Habitat for Humanity affiliate and later served on their board of directors as a member of the executive team. Additionally, her past experience allowed her the opportunity to be the Clinical Director at a nonprofit alcohol and drug treatment center that had a residential model. Her time as an alcohol and drug counselor was an invaluable experience in connecting with others and coming alongside each person as he or she began their journey of sobriety. That same ability to connect and come alongside a person in the coaching relationship creates a safe place for clients to share ideas, explore options and test those out by putting them in to action.
Kelly currently is a Purchasing and Procurement Manager in the automotive industry leading a team that serves a large supply chain network that supports 16 car models produced at two U.S. auto plants. She and her team work to increase customer satisfaction and protect brand image. As a Certified Supply Chain Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, she looks for ways to enhance the performance of the supply chain and develop the skills of her team.
Kelly has learned how to embrace the challenges life has thrown at her with a mindset for growth. She believes if you have to “go through it” you might as well “grow through it”. Her latest challenge has now become the foundation for a book and a course to help others. Stay tuned for more information as things develop further! Samantha Burke is the Vice President of Programming and Development for Pass the Torch for Women Foundation, where she has successfully created and implemented national mentoring solutions to enhance and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives for universities and corporations over the last seven years. Samantha has developed and adapted the Foundation's programming into a national, theory-based model and works directly with program participants to lead and facilitate program curricula.
As a founder of a non-profit, motivational speaker and upcoming published author, Samantha has been highlighted as a leader who motivates through authenticity, vulnerability and servant leadership tactics. She is driven by personal and professional aspirations, noting that starting her own orphanage in the Dominican Republic being at the top of the list! Samantha is a proud Purdue University alumna and has recently completed an online certificate program from Harvard Business School.

Tylia Flores is a 25-year-old born with cerebral palsy. Although her condition has affected her mobility, it has never affected her will and determination to make a difference in the world. Through her many life challenges and obstacles, she discovered her passion for writing. Tylia’s goal in life is to share her stories with the world. In doing so, she hopes to help others with disabilities realize that they, too, have the potential to make their dreams come true.
As you may know already my name is Tylia Flores and I was born with cerebral palsy. Although my condition has affected my mobility, it has never affected my will and determination to make a difference in the world.
Through my many life challenges and obstacles, I’ve discovered my passion for writing.
My goal in life is to share my stories with the world. In doing so, I hopes to help others with disabilities realize that they, too, have the potential to make their dreams come true.

Heather Moyse is one of Canada’s great multi-sport athletes. A four-time Olympian in two-man Bobsleigh, Heather won gold at the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver, and again at the 2014 Games in Sochi. Before she was an Olympic champion, Heather was a mainstay on Canada’s Senior Women’s Rugby Team. Heather led Canada to silver in the 2013 Rugby Sevens World Cup, and was the top try scorer in the 2006 and 2010 Women’s Rugby World Cups. In 2016, Heather became only the second Canadian, and first Canadian female, to be inducted into the World Rugby Hall of Fame. Heather represented Canada in a third international sport in 2012, when she placed Top Five in two events at the Pan-Am Track Cycling Championships in Argentina.
And in 2016, before deciding to compete for her fourth Olympic Games in 2018 at 39, Heather climbed Antarctica’s highest peak, Mount Vinson, as part of an expedition to support the members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
Heather has a master’s degree in occupational therapy, and is a highly sought-after motivational speaker. Some of her past clients include TEDx, Arbonne, Canada Post, Loblaws, Royal Canadian Mint, Fidelity Investments, the Canadian Armed Forces, CIBC, Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians, Canadian Student Leadership Conference, Trillium Automobile Dealers Association, University of Waterloo, Atlantic Women in Law Enforcement, SunLife Financial, BMW, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, and has shared the stage with author and leadership guru, John C. Maxwell.
Her best-selling book Redefining ‘Realistic’ was released in 2017.

Joe Swinger is the Founder & CEO of The Silver Linings Network, LLC, an organization that helps midlife adults make the second half of their life the best half by living the VIP Life of Vibrancy, Impact & Purpose.
He spent 30 years in retail leadership before leaving corporate jail in 2019 when he founded the Silver Linings Network Facebook group, a community of midlife adults over 40 years old.
Joe is the author of Awaken the Magic Within: The 7 Essential Virtues for Incredible Success and the upcoming children’s book The Bodacious Beans. He is also the host for recently launched The Silver Linings Podcast.
Leading from his own discoveries about pain, loss, and abuse, Joe engages his experiences and hard-won resiliency to position others toward freedom and success, in their personal and professional relationships, while in the second half of their life.

Jodi Bondy has a very wide range of talents and interests. Born and raised in Michigan, oldest of 2 kids in her family, only one to a;end college from her family. She grew up a country girl – picked blueberries for as long as she can remember, spent almost every weekend camping in the wild of western Michigan and then longer family vacaAons to the UP. Her dad did not believe in taking paved roads, so back road travel was the norm.
Jodi moved with her family to DeTour Village (in the UP) during her junior year of high school and then went to college at Michigan Tech. She was an athlete – volleyball, basketball, track, baseball (before Title IX), and cross-country skiing. She picked up hockey in college. Jodi had a very diverse knowledge on chores and tasks to keep the things she enjoyed running and in good condiAon.
AOer college graduaAon in 1982, she married her husband Tim and they moved to South Carolina for his job. They spent 4 years in the south, became parents and were very involved in the community. But they missed family. So the search to move back north began. Finally Tim found a job in Indiana and they moved there in 1987.
Jodi has been an Emergency Medical Technician since 1978 and has been cerAfied in 3 different states. She conAnues to serve as an EMT on their local volunteer Fire Rescue department. Jodi has a BS in Biological Sciences, a MS in Natural Health and also Secondary Ed Teacher CerAficaAon. She sAll teaches EMT classes and now owns her own business.
Jodi and Tim have 3 grown daughters, all married and 5 grandkids. Now Jodi has to keep a “honey do” list filled for Tim so that she can get her work done.
Jodi owns a Victorian home that they rent out for events, hosts craOing weekends, runs her photo managing business and sAll finds Ame to be wife, mom and gramma.
Hoosier Photo Organizer was started 7 years ago when Jodi wanted to help people save their memories before the stories and physical items were ruined. She now helps people by scanning and digiAzing many media formats, makes books and helps people to organize their memories.
Jodi has worked as a bank teller, at Stouffer Foods in Quality Control and Industrial Engineering, ecology research at Butler University, taught in several school districts in central Indiana, was director of Academic Support at DePauw University to name some of her jobs.
