Dr. Mike Simmons founded Bridge Builder Strategies in 2018 to help business, government, and non-profits build relationships and create experiences that lead to engaged communities and lasting impact. Prior to founding the company, Dr. Simmons worked nearly 30 years for Eli Lilly and Company where he held roles in sales, marketing, and corporate affairs. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself through his the ability to effectively connect and convene stakeholders and then help foster collaboration and guide data-informed program design and implementation.
Dr. Simmons holds a B.A. in English from Wabash College, an MBA from Butler University’s Lacy School of Business and a DBA in Marketing from Kennesaw State University. He holds academic appointments at both Butler University and Babson College where he teaches product management, brand management and experiential courses in each school’s MBA program.
Dr. Simmons also serves as an advisor to start-ups as well as a variety of non-profits. He has also lent his talents to a number of community organizations and non-profits as a volunteer and board member.

Today's EveryDay Leaders is living his life as a WINNER as he developed his core beliefs about himself. Growing up as the fourth boy, Gary learned to PROVE his abilities early in life and these characteristic are the ingredients for his success today. His life story is about earning and fighting to succeed in each phase of his life.
Gary is not only a Super Bowl Champion, he was a champion for his brother, in a time of need, and became bone marrow donor. He suffered the loss of his parents during his first year in the NFL, but he never gave up and never let fear stand in his way of his accomplishments. Gary was encouraged by coach Tony Dungy to stay strong and as he shares with me in this interview, your character and your mindset determines your altitude. Gary became the captain of the Indianapolis Colts WINNING Super Bowl Team and today is a Certified Entrepreneur Restaurant Owner with the Stacked Pickle and Char Blue. He is contributing in amazing ways to our community here in Indianapolis and I am proud to share his story of how this one man is IMPACTING our community.

Ryan Foust, at 11 years old, discovered his "GOLDEN TICKET" when he auditioned to play the role of Charlie Bucket in Broadway's Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. Ryan's amazing story is one that will inspire you to live your life believing in what makes your heart sing. This amazing interview, Ryan shares personal stories from his first OPENING PERFORMANCE on Broadway and how his confident attitude is what changed the outcomes of this night for everyone.
Ryan, over the last three years, has also performed in Mary Page Marlowe Off Broadway and is playing the role of Andy in the upcoming "The GOLDFINCH" that will release in October of 2019, with Nicole Kidman.
